Nine Adelaide sold to WIN

Channel Nine Adelaide, owned by Southern Cross Media has been sold to WIN Television.

The $105m deal is conditional on regulatory approvals.

PBL owns the east coast Nine stable of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
