Footy Classified live on Carey

An interesting night’s viewing for AFL fans tonight. Wayne Carey is of course appearing on Enough Rope at 9:35pm, but an equally juicy part will happen immediately afterwards.

Tonight, Footy Classified will air live at 10:30pm allowing the panel to dissect the Carey interview.

It is all the more ironic given Carey was a panellist on the show last year. Watching Craig Hutchison, Garry Lyon, Caroline Wilson and Glenn Archer air their feelings on a colleague could be must see TV -even for those who don’t follow AFL.

Press Release:

Tonight on Footy Classified, there’ll be no room for the faint-hearted as Garry Lyon, Craig Hutchison, Caroline Wilson and Glenn Archer digest and dissect the very latest in the fallout from Wayne Carey’s latest tell-all interview.

Two rounds in and sitting comfortably on top of the AFL ladder, Hawthorn coach Alastair Clarkson jumps into the hot seat to discuss his team’s chances of its first flag since 1991. Clarkson will be grilled by the panel as to what it’s like to be in charge of a side bursting with talent headlined by Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin .

And the panel will examine Melbourne ’s disastrous start to the season, both on and off the field. Also tonight, which big full forward does the panel think is ready to tear the competition apart again? And which Tiger does the team believe may have gone down “media street” this week to the detriment of his playing performance?

Also tonight, the latest round of votes in the AFL Coaches Association Player of the Year Award. Find out if Simon Goodwin and Corey Jones’ big seven-goal hauls translate into maximum votes from the coaches.

Footy Classified … where there’s no room for the faint-hearted.
