Rumour: Hole in the Wall update

The plot thickens on the host role of Nine’s new game show, Hole in the Wall.

Yesterday TV Tonight told you WB Kids host Shura Taft was spotted in the host role of the crazy Japanese-based show.

But it may have been early production rehearsals just to get the show on its feet. Clearly this is a show that involves a considerable amount of electronics and rehearsal.

Latest rumour is a Nine name will be moved into the role, possibly even the name that supposedly turned the gig down already…

If you were at the early test runs of HITW don’t forget the Studio Audience Spoilers.

  1. I was at the recording of Comedy Slapdown today and one of the comedians on it, Natalie Garonzi, was overheard talking about how she was doing the show to one of her team mates. Apparently Comedy Slapdown and HITW are the same production company. Clearly not as host, but no doubt a contestant.

  2. Electronics and rehearsal? More like lots of foam and someone with a sense of humour and a jigsaw 🙂

Big Brother’s Friday Night Games managed to do this exact game in the final episode of last year; if they can pull it off, surely it can’t be all THAT complicated.
