He’s probably best known as ‘Baldrick’ from Blackadder but actor Tony Robinson also hosts documentaries, having previously hosted The Worst Jobs in History.
He’s in Australia right now hosting another documentary, Ned Kelly Uncovered.
The one hour special will air on the ABC.
Robinson was sighted this week shooting scenes at the Old Melbourne Gaol, the historic prison where Kelly was hung in 1880.
Earlier this year it was claimed Kelly’s burial site had been discovered in Glenrowan. The documentary will include an archaeological dig. The special is being produced by Renegade Films.

It is of interest to note that Ned Kelly was ‘captured’ at Glenrowan, he did not die nor was he ever buried there. Dave White.
Oh, come on David; why not mention that Tony Robinson also hosts the genuinely interesting Time Team currently screening on ABC1 on Tuesdays at 6.00pm ?
Cool – this sounds very interesting. Maybe we’ll see some turnip surprise too
