Well, Hello Jerry.

You may not know the face but you would almost surely know his tunes.

Broadway composer Jerry Herman has written some of music theatre’s biggest songs for shows including Hello Dolly, La Cage Aux Folles, Mame and Mack and Mabel.

Next Saturday November 22 the Biography Channel has an interview hosted by Bill Collins in Herman’s LA home at 8:30pm. It will be followed by a musical tribute at 9pm, Jerry Herman: Broadway at Bowl with performances by Liza Minnelli, Bea Arthur, Carol Channing and Lorna Luft.
