Caprica, the Battlestar prequel movie, has been leaked on the interwebs…
Set to release April 21 on DVD, it started appearing on April 13th on a site that hosts hacked movies and games. The series itself isn’t set to air on SciFi (or Syfy even) until 2010.
Described as “television’s first science fiction family saga,” Caprica follows the creation of the Cylons and the rise of the Adama family and includes Esai Morales, Paula Malcolmson and Polly Walker.

Just watched the movie/pilot and O-M-Fraken-Gods I want to see the series now!
I just hope SyFy here fast tracks it when the series starts as this could be bigger than the original remake.

Caprica, the Dvd is available in the US on April 21.
However the local release is listed on one site at July 1.
That’s the way to discourage downloads and promote local sales, isn’t it..!!
Probably leaked by the network to increase interest in the program.
