Hi fellow Colbert Fans
Spoke to my contact at ABC2 PR today and they said they’re switching to a widescreen 16:9 satellite feed this week
Did the ABC even watch this before airing it? He talks quite a bit about how the show is in Hi-Def, and Widescreen. Except, ABC2 isn’t Hi-Def. ABC2 does widescreen though, but… wait a second…. they decided to air it in 4:3!
So while he talks all about “look at what your grandma can’t see on her old square TV box”, ABC viewers completely miss out.
Good job, ABC. Good job.

Colbert’s great, but when will Jon Stewart get a proper gig on Oz TV?
Can’t wait. I’m so used to watching this online it will be great to finally sit in front of the plasma and see colbert bigger than life! Looks like Australia has joined the Colbert Inter-Nation;)
