Not quite a trailer, the BBC has now released a prequel scene for the upcoming Doctor Who season.
The scene was written by Steven Moffat as a taste of things to come from “The Impossible Astronaut.”
The series airs in the UK at Easter.

I think Ben is a Closet Who fan! The teaser looks great to me.
@Sydney2K
TARDISodes were lame, the name was better.
Generally TARDISodes and its like are not on TV for a reason.
Looks good!
@Ben – why click on a story then the clip for a show you claim not to like only to complain about it?
I liked it when they were called “Tardisodes”…
Hmm 9:00am most people are having breakfast, or going for a walk or relaxing, but Ben, god bless him he’s here to take shots at Doctor Who, you could set your watch by him.
Interesting prequel, can’t wait for Series 6!
Hi Ben, no damn surprise your here. If you don’t like it why do you even bother actually come to watch it?
@Ben I found it very chilling when I watched it first time … all it takes is a little “willing suspension of disbelief” and it is brilliant …
I see this more as a teaser then a prequel, either way it makes me want to see more!
BTW are we sure about the date. April 26 is a Tuesday, Doctor Who normally airs Saturday nights in the UK. Or is the 26th a one off for Easter, then returning to Saturday the following week?
Like I’ve said before it’s nothing but bad panto. “Look out he’s behind you!” Predictable rubbish.
April 26th is a Tuesday, are you sure?
