Production on a second season of Reality series Dating in the Dark has begun for FOX8.
As host Laura Dundovic tipped to TV Tonight at the ASTRA Awards, the show is relocating from Sydney to Melbourne.
Based on a Dutch format, the show sees singles introduced in a pitch-black room filmed with high definition night vision cameras and getting to know one another before seeing physical appearances.
This season is also adding a bath into its dark room.
“I am thrilled to return as host of Dating In The Dark, it is such a fun social experiment,” said Dundovic. “I studied relationship psychology at university and having had a few disaster dates of my own, found I related well with the contestants”.
The Shine-produced series has 8 episodes and will air on FOX8 in summer.

Good show!
Getting to know one another. A bath. Night vision cameras.
That’s not a dating show, it’s the return of Big Brother 🙂
