  1. Can’t wait will be watching the Olympics across those 8 channels. And with that invention the IQ will be able to catch those overnight events.

  2. Don’t have an iPad but will be recording the London 2012 Olympics whenever the events are in the wee hours of the morning so that I can wake up and watch the next day 🙂

Well done Foxtel and I’ll be watching the Olympics on the 8 dedicated channels.

  3. I use my iPad everyday and often. As a result I am a regular user of the ABC apps, one of those being iView, but Foxtel are certainly leading the way at the moment.

Constantly use/refer to the Foxtel Guide, and mostly away from home as it is so convenient, followed by the newly released Fox Sports News app (especially great when you are away from the TV and want to watch an important news item/sudden press conference announcement) and now we have the Foxtel London 2012 app, which looks great. All of which are Free.

Well done Foxtel, as I can see myself using the new Olympic app on a regular basis.

To other major networks, please take some time to familiarize yourself with the ABC/Foxtel apps and hopefully learn from it. I recall downloading the ‘Sunrise’ app the day it was released, only to find that I had to delete it within 2 min of downloading it – that is how bad it was, and gather still is, as I have had no urge to go back and use it.

Off topic I know but – Channel 9 : Please note, I want an app fully dedicated to the Big Brother series 24 x 7… Are you listening ??? I can only wish 🙂
