Returning: Capital Hill

2013-02-02_2250ABC News 24′s political show Capital Hill returns with an earlier timeslot from tomorrow.

It airs at 5.15pm (Monday- Thursday) and at 5.05pm on Fridays (AEDT).

It’s election year. The PM has announced the September election date, and both sides are switching into campaign mode.

ABC News 24 Political Editor Lyndal Curtis returns to Capital Hill and takes the political pulse with interviews and discussion live from Parliament House in Canberra.

    News24 is cutting Afternoon Live at the knees! That’s not even considering the days when Parliament sits. Afternoon Live should finish at 5:30pm (AEDT/AEST), followed by Early Edition & The Drum, & then they should slot Capital Hill at 6:45pm. That should just leave The Quarters as a roaming filler program throughout the week.

    Well ashamed that it isn’t a two hour long show as PM Agenda is on Sky News. I think that fifteen minutes is a joke although that is what you get from a shoe string budget.
