Returning: Dexter

Dexter fans who have been waiting for new episodes on Free to Air get good news.

2013-04-26_1437Dexter fans who have been waiting for new episodes on Free to Air (yes it’s sure been a while) get good news with ELEVEN set to screen Season 6 next month.

It will air from 9:30pm Monday May 6 replacing American Horror Story.

“Those Kinds Of Things”
Dexter shows up at his 20th high-school reunion with the intention of confronting the former prom king. Meanwhile, an investigation into a heinous murder leads Dexter to wonder about his son’s legacy.

This aired in the US in October 2011 and was followed last year by Season 7.

The 8th and final season is due on Foxtel in July.

  1. Another FTA person here too Matt_897.

We tend to stockpile these shows for the proverbial rainy day (or even dull as dishwater Christmas period).

Just need to know when the next Sons of Anarchy series will be shown.

  2. Before anybody makes any sweeping statements on behalf of “all fans” – I’m a fan and I’ve waited for it to be shown on FTA. I didn’t feel the need to watch it via other means.

However, I now think that was a mistake as Ten insist on loading it into the start of the week with everything else. I’m 4 eps behind on AHS as I watch other stuff on Mondays and I occasionally like to do something else in my free time other than watch TV (I know, shoot me). S5 wasn’t that great anyway.

  3. I watch on FTA. Can’t afford/justify Foxtel and would rather invest bandwidth in my MLBTV viewing. Glad the ridiculous Horror Story is gone, caught 5 minutes once and have never seen such self-indulgent tripe. I’d rather watch a Kartrashian special.
