2013-08-20_1535Tonight video journalist Brett Mason delivers his first report for Dateline, a dramatic account of life on the streets of Cairo where increasing violence has left hundreds dead in the past week.

With today’s arrest of the spiritual leader of the Moslem Brotherhood likely to intensify unrest across Egypt, Brett films amongst Moslem Brotherhood supporters as protestors are gunned down on the streets outside the al-Fateh Mosque. Inside the Mosque, Brett finds a makeshift field hospital – with dead and injured littering the floor.

Also on Dateline tonight, a heart-warming story from Video Journalist Aaron Lewis on a group of children in the U.S. who suffer from Tourette Syndrome. Aaron films as the children come together at a special camp – Camp Twitch and Shout – where they can play and share stories with others with the same neurological condition.

9.30pm tonight on SBS ONE.
