  1. A regional network selling its major asset in a booming capital city at the same time it is cutting costs by eliminating and relocating its news services? Uh huh. Doesn’t sound like a TV network which “has never been stronger” to me.

  2. WIN TV has never been stronger? yeh right. There is not a network in the country right now in ‘great shape’, especially WIN TV. Normally when companies cut staff and costs like WIN they are getting ready to sell…

  3. Memo No.2 to WIN Television: Worse still the WIN News bulletin for the Riverland and South East regions of South Australia had a decent audience and viewers were not happy when you axed this program…you produced the only local TV news program for these regions. Now they have no local TV news service. You are happy to take advertising revenue from these regions but are not willing to give your audiences what they want and often need in regards to information about what is happening in their area.
If you are a profitable business then you should be able to afford local news for the areas that want it.

  4. Memo to WIN Television: If as Andrew Gordon says ““WIN is in continuing great shape and we are looking forward to taking advantages of opportunities that may arise. WIN has never been stronger”…..why did you move production of the Canberra WIN News bulletin to Wollongong? This city is our national capital and it deserves to have its local news produced and made locally.
