Showtime has released the first trailer for Homeland‘s fourth season -now entirely without Damian Lewis, of course.
The story focusses on Carrie (Claire Danes) on the ground in Pakistan.
It premieres in the US in October.

Bailed on this early in S3, no desire to revisit it. Homeland has lost its mojo, it’s jumped the shark, it’s over.
I’m on board as long as the quality of the writing remains high enough for me to put up with Danes’ crazy eyes moments.

Oh, wow!
Homeland has always been brilliant, but there was a slight drag starting to develop.
This in a way is almost a complete refresh. And while still keeping Homeland to the strength it developed over the course of the series and the core premise behind it, how they look to be taking the fourth season reinvigorates it for me.
I so can’t wait. 😀
