Sightsee TV across Australia

Community TV showcases the stories behind some of Australia's smallest towns.

2014-09-10_0154Community travel show Sightsee TV has begun its second season on C31 Melbourne and 31Digital Brisbane with TVS Television Sydney and Channel 44 Adelaide to come.

Uncovering “the stories behind towns all over Australia,” the show looks at the history, natural locations and undiscovered tourist attractions.

Series one premiered online in February 2014, and was promoted entirely through social media, but the second season has been broadcast on Community TV, produced and presented by Lachlan Itter and Ashleigh Paholek, both of whom are completing media degrees.

“We are absolutely delighted to be partnering with the community stations to share our travels with the rest of the country,” said Itter.

“The cast and crew are very excited to be working with C31, TVS, 31Digital and Channel 44, and hopefully we inspire our viewers to not only discover Australia’s small towns, but also share their stories with others.
