This week's episode of Dallas marks the last ever appearance by Larry Hagman as J.R. Ewing.

This week’s episode of Dallas, “The Furious and the Fast,” marks the last ever appearance by Larry Hagman as J.R. Ewing -one of TV’s all-time great villains.
It remains his final screen credit.
Hagman died on November 23, 2012.
However, Hagman died before production of the episode began, so his appearance in this episode comprises reused or deleted footage.
The rest of the season had to be reworked around his character’s absence.
Dallas has been axed by TNT in the US, but the third season is yet to premiere in Australia.
This episode airs 8:30pm Wednesday on SoHo.

Pity I cannot link the planner when I see something like this from your site?
I’m hoping to restore the Calendar section which allows you to set reminders to smartphone calendars, but Foxtel has their own system and Rupert doesn’t own TVT!
Thanks for the pointer, David. Although i stopped watching the rebooted series, Larry Hagman was such an integral part of my youth and young adulthood, with Jeannie and then Dallas. Few shows had me so glued for so long in the 1980’s. He was a true titan of the culture.
