Neil Patrick Harris to appear in American Horror Story

Neil Patrick Harris is all the buzz at the moment, with stories flying thick and fast.
Hot on the heels of his announcement as Oscars 2015 host, the ‘triple threat’ performer will appear in American Horror Story: Freak Show.
Both Harris and his husband David Burtka will appear in the final 2 episodes of the season, E!Online reports. Lily Rabe is also set to reprise the role of Sister Mary Eunice, from season two (aka Asylum).
Meanwhile Harris has landed his own NBC variety show, a remake of a UK’s Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway. The US version will not be called Saturday Night Takeaway nor will it air on Saturday nights, but will originate from New York, and the format will include musical spots, comedy sketches, famous guests, and elaborate oddball games involving selected members of the audience.
