All the drama of a Bachelor walk-out
It was like an episode of UnREAL, with Emily walking out of a rose ceremony moments before she was about to be eliminated.

TEN’s Bachelor is doing its best impression of UnREAL, the behind-the-scenes reality satire, with high drama last night at its rose ceremony.
While two “Date Crashers” entered the show it was a conversation between Bachelor Sam and current contestant Emily that cast doubts in her mind. It was soon followed by her as one of just 2 girls standing as Sam was about to hand out his final rose.
Fearing she was about to be let go, she took it upon herself to walk out. Perfect drama for the producers.
Emily, 31, an advertising executive from Melbourne, later said: “I’m pretty sure that Sam would have given me the rose tonight, but after the conversation I had with Sam I think the damage has been done so severely that there is no recovering from it.”
It was enough to send viewers into a social media tizzy.

Emily just pulled a Cosima De Vito and walked before she was booted (very old Australian Idol reference for you kids) #TheBachelorAU

I can't believe the twists in tonight's #TheBachelorAU 😱 So glad Emily has gone! Her face when Sam told her the truth about his feelings 😂

I'm surprised how many people are team Emily. She's high maintenance and not a huge loss #catchya #thebachelorau

The only difference between the Bach & UnReal were the accents…….epic tv almost satirising itself
I don’t understand all the shock. I don’t watch the show but saw enough promos to know that one of the contestants had walked out during the rose ceremony.
Ten ruined a lot of surprises with their Masterchef promos and now they are doing the same thing with Bachelor.
Seriously anyone watching the show last night and was shocked by Emily’s exit must never watch Ten – except for this crap.
Both Emily and Bec have come across both bitter and very sour at being rejected on national TV claiming they were edited in a bad light…. It is like they have never seen a reality TV show before….
I felt for the last girl standing there………a long time before Sam said anything!
