Seven News US Bureau Chief Mike Amor wins his third Edward R. Murrow Award.

Seven News US Bureau Chief Mike Amor and camera operator Arron Hage this week won an award in the US.
They received the Edward R. Murrow in the Large Market Television Use of Video category for a report Saving the Salton Sea, about the drying up and pollution of California’s largest lake and restoration projects introduced to preserve the waterway.
It was the third time Amor has been recognised.
“It’s always rewarding to have our work recognised on the international stage, especially by an organisation like the Radio Television Digital News Association,” Mike Amor said.
As a regional winner, Seven News advancea to the national Edward R. Murrow Awards, to be judged in June.
