WA-based Quickflix has been suspended from trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for failing to pay listing fees.

Quickflix went into administration in April in the face of stiff competition from Netflix, Stan and Presto.

Quickflix’s latest woes began when it failed to reach a agreement with rival Stan on buying a stake in the company just before it was placed in administration.

There has already been a trading halt in place since August 2015, and its share price was A$0.001 when stock trading was suspended.
